What exactly is included in a lead?

You get the homeowner's name, verified mobile phone number, email, ZIP code, service requested, timeline, plus any photos and room details they text back. Two emails: an instant alert, then a follow-up with scope and photos.

Is there a limit on how many leads I get?

No. Your $5-a-month subscription covers every lead that comes in from your counties for as long as you hold them. There's no per-lead charge and no cap on volume.

How is '3 painters per county' enforced?

It's a hard code limit. When 3 painters subscribe to a county, the county locks automatically and turns away new contractors. That keeps your leads exclusive instead of shared with a dozen competitors.

What if a lead is bad or out of my area?

We vet all our leads to be in the area and confirm they requested an estimate before sending them to you with a verified phone number.
