Honest Otis Painting Network ("Honest Otis," "we") operates a contractor lead network that connects homeowners seeking painting services with local painting contractors. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
From contractors: your email address, phone number, company name, and the counties you subscribe to. From homeowners: name, phone number, email, ZIP code, service requested, timeline, and any photos or notes they submit.
How We Use It
We route homeowner lead information to the contractors holding the relevant county subscription. We use your contact details to manage your subscription, send lead notifications, and provide support. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain contractor account information for as long as your subscription is active. Homeowner lead data is retained to deliver and support the service.
