Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
By subscribing to Honest Otis Painting Network, you agree to these terms. Honest Otis provides exclusive county-based painting leads to subscribed contractors for a flat $5/month per county.
Subscriptions & Billing
Your subscription renews monthly at $5 per county until you cancel. You may cancel any time with no contract or penalty. When you cancel, your county slot is released and may be claimed by another painter.
County Cap
Each county is limited to a maximum of 3 painters. Once 3 painters subscribe, the county locks and no additional contractors may claim it.
Lead Credits
We credit invalid, duplicate, or out-of-area leads. Contact us with the lead details and we'll review it. We do not guarantee a specific lead volume; Otis is new and some counties produce leads faster than others while local pages build.
The Otis Standard
Contractors agree to call homeowners back same day, quote honestly in writing, and finish jobs cleanly. Repeated failure to meet this standard may result in removal from the network.
